Getting help with Tebex FiveM scripts
We run support a bit differently. Tebex has two distinct support surfaces — our ticket system for deep technical issues, and email for partnerships and licensing — each staffed by people who’ve actually shipped Lua on FiveM production servers.
Before you file a support ticket
Most issues we see fall into three buckets: dependency mismatch (wrong qb-core version, missing ox_lib), configuration drift (a change in config.lua that broke an export), or database state (stale items, missing columns). Our docs cover each of these with step-by-step fixes. If you’ve checked the docs and still need help, the ticket form asks for the logs and config snippets we’ll need.
Custom development
If you need an existing Tebex script customized for your server — a new language, an exotic framework, a feature we haven’t built yet — use the Custom Development topic on the contact form. We scope paid custom work in 2-week sprints and typically quote inside 48 hours.
